SteadyTrail is solving that problem. We are a mission driven company working to bring financial mobility to the American worker, grounded in the pillars of trust, curiosity, resilience, and value. Our first product is a platform for broad-based equity plans - equity programs designed for the 99%, not just the top of the cap table.

We're hiring an engineering leader to own the backbone of our backend and infrastructure and grow with the company. This is a role for someone who identifies as a resourceful, seasoned builder of early-stage products and teams. You’ll guide implementation, make architectural calls, and set the pace. You’ll partner closely with sales and product to scope projects, set realistic timelines, and adapt as priorities shift.

Our codebase is gaining maturity, so is the team. Your job is to take both to the next level.
